Rose Behavioral Health

Rose Behavioral Health is committed to providing the highest quality, professional psychiatric services.

When you reach out to our office, you reach your provider – via email and phone, not an answering service, and not a secretary or nurse. Having direct contact with your provider is very valuable.

Payment will be accepted at the beginning of each appointment. If you are unable to pay at the beginning of your appointment, we will have to reschedule. You will owe for that session, as well as the rescheduled session. We do not accept insurance; however, we can provide a superbill for you to provide to your insurance for reimbursement. Please allow one week for superbill to be completed and emailed to you after you send an email requesting a superbill.

The Value of Self-Pay

At Rose Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing comprehensive and exceptional care. Our standards necessitate sixty (60) minutes for an initial psychiatric evaluation and a 30-minute slot for each subsequent follow-up appointment. Many insurance providers often align their reimbursement structure based on shorter time slots. As such, we adopt a cash-pay system to ensure the time and care you deserve are never compromised.

Affordable Medication Options

Generic Medications

We recommend exploring GoodRx.com, a resource that aggregates current pharmacy prices. By using their coupon system, it's often possible to find generic medications at a lower cost than the co-payment required by insurance providers. The GoodRx smartphone application is also an excellent tool. Most of our clients pay no more than $1,000 annually for premium mental health care — and those with acute and complex mental concerns typically pay no more than $1500. In addition to care appointments, this cost includes the ability to message and communicate with your readily available provider.

Brand-Name Medications

Various pharmaceutical companies offer Patient Assistance Programs. These are designed to provide free or discounted medications to patients who may have difficulty affording them. Each company establishes its own set of qualifying criteria for these programs. We suggest looking into resources such as RxAssist.org and NeedyMeds.org for more information.

Rather than treating patients like numbers, we treat each of our clients as individuals. You are always our top priority. You reach your provider directly when you call or message us. Many mental health providers only offer five or ten-minute follow-up appointments, but we take the time to provide 30-minute appointments for all follow-up appointments. When you start treatment, we will conduct a thorough psychiatric evaluation to understand you as a person — not just a diagnosis. You can trust the years of experience and incredible skills that our providers bring to every appointment. When diagnosing and prescribing, we think outside the box. Your success is our goal, so we also collaborate and refer patients who may need additional support.

Pricing for a Wellevate consultation is simple. If you already have an appointment, you can add Wellevate consulting for $50. If you would like a consultation outside of appointment time, the cost is $75 for a 15-minute session and $150 for a 30-minute session. This fee covers the creation of a Wellevate account and the development of an individualized care plan. During the consultation, your provider will help you create a cart and complete your Wellevate order.

Wellevate Benefits

Wellevate offers customized treatment plans for supplements that support mental health. One of its greatest benefits is the peace of mind that comes with stringent standards of quality control. Unlike supplements that you may find on Amazon or elsewhere, Wellevate supplements are derived from the highest quality sources. Patients can also receive a 10% discount off retail pricing, and many of the supplements found on Wellevate are not available without approval by a health care provider. After you complete your consultation and place your order, the supplements will be shipped directly to your door. Wellevate consultations are only available to existing Rose Behavioral Health patients who have completed a new patient intake assessment.
